The 2000 kVA dry type transformer is a small, three phase, oil free, fireproof, and environmentally friendly distribution transformer with epoxy resin casting insulation. High mechanical strength: The filler filled resin results in a small difference in the coefficient of expansion within the casting, low curing shrinkage, low internal stress, and high hardness of the cured product. Pre formed reinforcing materials are placed within the epoxy resin encapsulation layer on the inner and outer surfaces of the high and low voltage coils, creating a dense structure similar to reinforced concrete. Therefore, its mechanical strength is even greater than that of pure epoxy resin, enabling it to withstand sudden short circuit electrodynamic forces without damage.
2000 kVA dry type transformers have a wide range of applications: step down transformers meet various voltage conversion needs, can be used in small transformer systems for lower capacity applications, or as three phase distribution transformers in industrial power systems.
